Actions by Kashiyama Industries group for recycling of end-of-life products in EU
Each country has established directives and legal systems aimed at effective use of resources and prevention of environmental pollution.
In order to comply with such directives in European countries, Kashiyama Industries group will cooperate at local country level with the procedures for collection, recycling, and disposal of end-of-life products to which the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive – WEEE (2012/19/EU) applies.
The products covered by the WEEE guidelines are marked with a crossed-out waste bin symbol. (see illustration)
